TotallyAnnette.com has created the following Privacy Statement in order to demonstrate a firm commitment to your privacy:
Nothing that is ordered from me, requested from me, written to me, confided to me or otherwise shall be disclosed to a 3rd party. All information received by me is kept 100% confidential unless written comments are sent through my feedback form on my site, or express permission has been granted by you for me to use certain comments from an e-mail you have sent to me, specifically to be displayed on one of my feedback pages. You will remain anonymous apart from your initial/s, or totally anonymous at your request - your actual name will never be shown.
Your IP number is logged on my server but is only used for my personal statistics records. This helps me find out what pages are the most popular and informs me of the daily traffic to my site and where it is coming from.
Your IP number or any e-mail address will never be sold or passed on, nor do I involve myself in any spamming techniques. The ONLY time an IP number might be used by me is if I receive threats or abuse through my forms or email. Any such behaviour of this nature is not acceptable and will not be tolerated by me. I may decide to report all details to the corresponding ISP.
E-mail addresses are not stored unless you have chosen to opt-in to my personal mailing list to inform you about new items or special offers before I make the said items public on my site. Subscribers to my personal mailing list will only receive information, updates and special offers via e-mail from me and I do not send any attachments with my newsletter. All subscribed emails are stored offline in a protected file on my hard drive.
Subscribers may easily choose to opt-out of receiving promotional e-mails from me by clicking "Unsubscribe" on my mailing list form (you must re-enter the email address you originally used) or by replying to the e-mail and typing "Remove Me" in the subject line. Alternatively, you can contact me to ask or verify that your e-mail address has been or will be deleted from my list.
Nothing will ever be sent to a given delivery address without prior agreement, e.g.: by submitting an order, winning a competition or winning an auction.
